Biltmore Manor (Ashland, NC)
Unified Systems provided engineering and project management support for the new artifacts display & winery additions at the Biltmore The work included interactive learning activities for visitors of all ages. We worked on this project from the ground up. We had the opportunity begin with the initial stages and were responsible for a majority of the museum exhibits detailing. This project included several exhibits such as: display of priceless artifacts, science of winemaking, history of the Biltmore, and the Vanderbilt family.
Rubin H. Fleet Science Center (San Diego, CA)
Project Management and engineering of a new museum segment in an existing space - interactive science activities for children ages 6 to 13. The theme was to educate children about energy conservation, new "green" technologies and how they work.
Gippsland Water Factory (Victoria, Australia)
Project Management and engineering of new interactive displays in a learning center - interactive educational activities for children and adults. The theme for this project is to educate the public around the Gippsland area about the new water conservation efforts and technologies being used to offset the effects of drought in Australia.
COP Visitor's Center (Doha, Qatar)
Project Management & Engineering of new interactive displays in learning center. (Interactive Educational Activities for children and adults) The theme for this project is to educate the public around the Doha area about water conservation efforts & technologies being used by the government & industry to provide clean & sustainable water supplies to the people of Qatar.
National Museum of the Marine Corp (Washington DC, MA)
USI engineered new exhibit components for the installation of projection screens to communicate the history and values of the U.S. Marine Corps. at their National Museum.
Chrysler/Fiat branded Mobile Showrooms
(7 locations throughout the US)
USI engineered and managed the rollout of seven 2100 S.F. branded mobile showrooms throughout the USA. These units were developed to emulate the look and feel of a standard Chrysler showroom and intended to be installed at a new dealership location quickly (within 10 days). The goal was to provide a platform for the dealer’s sales offices and showroom space while the construction of the traditional “brick and mortar” building was completed.
